BLM Announces New CFedS Program Manager

Don Buhler, Washington Office Chief Cadastral Surveyor has announced that
“Dona Rogers has been selected as the Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS) Program Manager. Professionally licensed and a CFedS herself, she brings multi-agency experience to the position. Her experience serving as Boundary Manager in Region 4, Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest, her graduation from the BLM's Lands Academy, her work in the private sector, and assignment as the BLM Indian Lands Surveyor (BILS) for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Region, makes her uniquely qualified for the position. Please join me in welcoming Dona to her new role.”

Dona is currently located in the Oregon State Office where she will remain for this assignment. She will be working closely with the CFedS Panel Chairperson and the CFedS Certification Panel. Her major focus will be outreach to Tribes, BIA, other federal agencies and Registered Professional Surveyors across the country.
