Upon completion of course seven, program registrants are given the opportunity to commit to one of three annual CFedS examinations, generally offered the first Friday of February, June and October.

No less than 30 days prior to a scheduled examination, applicants may submit an exam setup request, requiring confirmation of their chosen proctor and acceptance of CFedS calculator policy.

Applicants that request an exam with less than 30 days notice will be scheduled for a subsequent exam provided it occurs within their two-year completion window, as determined by their original registration or extension date.
